OLI wine&dine

Located in Lagos in the Algarve, OLI wine&dine is a contemporary restaurant where modern Mediterranean cuisine meets flavours inspired by Brazil and the culinary traditions of southern Portugal.

Created by Olivier Bertrand and led in the kitchen by Chef Felipe Salles, the restaurant combines international experience, seasonal ingredients, and a creative approach to gastronomy. The menu reflects a modern interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine, enriched with Brazilian influences and inspired by the ingredients and culinary traditions of the Algarve, while continuing to evolve through the creativity of the kitchen.
